Kutta’s employees have built a culture of taking care of our business, our families, and each other within our company. Employees are encouraged to join together in support of various charitable groups in our community and Kutta supports the charities championed by employees throughout the year.

We remain an active member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). The Arizona Territorial Chapter 7202 provides local service programs including deployment, remobilization, and reintegration support for our active, reserve, and National Guard soldiers, their families, and veterans/retirees. The Arizona Territorial Chapter also supports Wounded Warrior programs.
