Kutta Technologies, in conjunction with researchers at the Arizona State University (ASU) Polytechnic Institute,
was awarded a Phase I and Phase II Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contract to develop an
innovative two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) visualization tool for incident commanders.
This tool provides incident commanders from multiple disciplines (e.g. fire, police, CIA, FBI, FEMA, etc.)
with the ability to visualize first responders as they traverse multi-storied structures.
The Kutta SAVE tool also provides personnel with the ability to annotate the incident scene by simply dragging and dropping standard DHS symbology on a comprehensive display in a geo-referenced 2D and 3D environment. The tool also comes with an easy to use sketching options that allows an incident commander to edit the 3D structure by adding or deleting walls in real-time, and then extrude a 3D model from scratch in a matter of seconds. Contact us today to learn more about this innovative visualization solution and how we can integrate with different tracking systems.
